Hi Friends! We had a wonderful weekend catching up with friends, and back to swimming lessons with the kids. It was a mix of fun and rest. Our friends just got back from China early this month so I was looking forward to hearing about their vacation. They gave us some thoughtful gifts. The kids, especially Mia, were really excited!

Swimming class day! The kids are loving their time and are really building confidence.

After Church, we had brunch at a local restaurant! Hubs ordered brisket Eggs Benedict, while I had the traditional eggs Benedict. It was delicious!

Can you tell that Hubs loved his?HA! In fairness the brisket was tender and full of flavor:)

Hubs had a little baking session yesterday afternoon! He baked pumpkin spice muffin. I just loved a good cream cheese frosting!HA. It was so good, even the kids had two muffins each!

We put plain pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed with pumpkin spice.

Mia and I got to enjoy a nice Monday afternoon at the park. What a beautiful fall day! Thank You Jesus:)

Hi Friends! We had a wonderful weekend with family, we visited Hub’s Auntie/Uncle at their home. They have a big lot, and plant a large variety of veggies/flowers so it’s always fun to visit. It’s always a special time when the kids get to pick fresh vegetables and fruits. I forgot to take pictures of our lunch, it was so good and Auntie prepared “farm to table” style, 90% ingredients from her garden! What a treat:)

This morning, our Church had its Official Fall kickoff! It was pretty busy, and we got to serve as door greeters! We also got to witness a lot of baptisms today! Praise the Lord for that:)

After Church we stopped by at a neighboring park because the restaurant I want to try was still closed!HA

The restaurant I wanted to try and Hubs obliged!HA. We all loved the instant Chapagetti black bean noodles and this place served real black bean noodles! I loved it but the rest of the family prefers the instant one!HA

Hubs wanted to try making ramen noodles this week or next week, so we checked out the asian market close to the restaurant. We’ll see how the noodles turn out…

I wanted to try this red light therapy. I’ve seen lots of good reviews for this brand, so hopefully this will benefit the family!

Hi Friends! This weekend we had fun celebrating Matthew’s birthday. We had a simple family dinner with my In laws. We surprised the kids at Playtorium (indoor playground) and lunch at Red Robbin last Saturday. It was a fun filled day event of playtime, shopping for gifts, and dinosaur ballon!

Friday night, we stopped by at Costco to get his birthday cake (we ordered some dinosaur cake toppers at amazon!He was amazed by it!HA). It was a simple and special celebration of our little miracle! Thank You God for blessing us with Matthew.

It’s been years since we had Red Robbin. We had one in our area before but Costco bought the area so lots of shops closed and moved to the neighboring cities.

Dinner with the family. We had Prime rib roast, crab cakes, roast veggies! I wasn’t able to use my “pretty” plates and transfer the veggies to a nicer container!HA..Ooopppsss…
